2 eggs
buttermilk
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Grease frying pan.(cast iron)
Pour cornmeal halfway full into frying pan. Put 2 eggs and enough buttermilk to stir it up like cake mix, not too soupy.
Cook @ 450 for 30 minutes.
(you can make in a cake pan if you don't have a cast iron skillet)
