Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
2 c shredded cheese
1 tsp cilantro
8 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in soup and sauce. Spread 1/4 c mixture and 1/4 c cheese on tortillas. Roll up, and place seam side down in greased 9 X 13 pan. Pour remaining meat mixture and cheese over tortillas. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
