1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup celery chopped fine
3/4 cup shallots
1 - 3oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp gelatin (plain)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 lb shrimp (boiled) chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin with water and set aside. Heat soup. Add cream cheese until dissolved. Take off fire add gelatin (mixed with water). Add celery, shallots, shrimp and mayo. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Remove 30 minutes before serving.
