1 lb. sausage
8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in a skillet over med. heat-drain.
Unroll crescent dough into a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Press 1/2" up sides, seal seams.
Sprinkle with sausage. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk & pepper. Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered @ 400 15 minutes or till crust is brown and cheese is melted.
