1 envelope knox gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1 c boiling water
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c sugar
2 c sour cream (16 oz)
8 oz cool whip
1 pkg strawberry glaze
10 oz frozen strawberries, thawed and drained or 2 c fresh sliced strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar and vanilla. Whisk in sour cream, then cool whip, until smooth. Pour into round mold and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, unmold and spoon strawberries into center of ring. Garnish with additional strawberries, and drizzle glaze over top. (Can use any fruit pie filling, instead of glaze.)
