Bag of chopped frozen onions
3 - 8oz. Phil. cream cheese
1 block butter
1 cup mayonnaise
Bag or jar of Parmesan shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Then mix all other ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Serve with crackers. (See how easy this is!)
