4-6 large vine ripe tomatoes
1 large sweet Vidalia onion
1 block feta cheese or goat cheese
1/2 bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
salt, pepper, and extra garlic as desired

Optional: Kalamata whole pitted olives, cucumber slices and/or artichoke hearts.

Directions:

Chop veggies and cheese. Pour dressing over. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Serve with fresh crusty French baguette.
