For 1-1/2 - 2 lbs. meat, skirt or flank steak:
1/2 lemon rind grated
2 TBS. olive oil
2 TBS. balsamic vinegar
1 TBS. dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and marinate in above ingredients overnight or just an hour or two before cooking.
