1 can (7.5oz) red salmon
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped celery and leaves
1 egg
5 crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and skin from salmon. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees.
