1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 sticks of butter, softened
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together ice cream & butter with spoon. Add 1/2 powdered sugar and other ingredients. Blend with mixer. Stir in rest of powdered sugar by hand. Freeze. May store in Tupperware in freezer.

In a large mug, add 1-3 tbsp of ice cream mixture. Add shot of rum if desired. Fill remainder of mug with boiling water.
