5 gallons of water
5 lbs. sugar
5 lbs. dry ice
1 bottle root beer concentrate (2 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Make in 10 gallon container (cooler or crock). Do not use metal container or utensils! Dissolve sugar in water. Stir in root beer concentrate. Add dry ice. Put on lid but not tight. Taste after 20 to 30 minutes. Serve plain or over ice cream for root beer floats. Great for a big group!
