3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped (or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Place potato mixture in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

2 large cans, drained = 3 cups of sweet potatoes if you want to use cans instead of fresh. Very good!
