2 cups sweet potato, bolied and mashed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all ingredients for souffle and pour into a baking dish. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over souffle. Bake for 30 minutes.
