4 c Old Fashioned Oats
1 c peanuts-roasted
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c cooking oil
1/4 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 c dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 300 dgrees. Roast peanuts 35 min. In small bowl, mix oil, honey, vanilla, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In large pan put peanuts and oats. Pour mixture of small bowl over the oats and peanuts. Mix with wooden spoon. Bake 40 min, stirring every 10 min. Stir as it cools so it will not stick together. Add dried cranberries. Seal in a plastic bag or tight container.
