30 Oreo cookies, crushed 1 stick oleo, melted 1/4 gal. ice cream, softened 28 caramels 1/3 c milk 1/4 gal ice cream peanuts Hot fudge sauce
Mix cookies and oleo. Pat in 9 X 13 pan. Soften first 1/4 gallon ice cream and put on crust. Freeze. Melt caramels with 1/3 c milk. Cool and pour over ice cream and freeze again. Soften remaining ice cream and put on top of caramels. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve with hot fudge sauce.
