3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla Butter, stick margarine or shortening
Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla with wire wisk or hand beater until smooth. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat . Dip bread into egg mixture. Place on griddle and cook about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar.
