6 chicken breast boiled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can Ro tel original tomatoes
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans chicken stock (water from boiled chicken)
1 Large onion chopped
1 Large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
8 oz grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, chicken stock, onion, and Rotel together. Heat until onions are tender. Layer in a large greased casserole pan. Starting with crushed Doritos, chicken, cheese, and soup mixture. End with Doritos on top. Bake 45-55 minutes until doritos are brown at 350
