1 C whipping cream
1 tsp buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream and buttermilk in a small saucepan over low heat until lukewarm. Pour mixture into a glass jar and loosely cover with lid. Let stand, free from drafts, 8 hours or until thickened. Store tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 10 days.
