1 C mayonnaise
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c buttermilk
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Freshly cracked black pepper
Lettuce wedges
green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk mayonnaise, 1/2 cup blue cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar in medium bowl until almost smooth. Mix in remaining blue cheese. Season dressing generously with cracked black pepper. Cover and refrigerate
Arrange lettuce wedges on plates. Spoon dressing over lettuce. Sprinkle with green onions and tomato.
