1 head Napa lettuce (Chinese cabbage) or Boc Choy.
2 pkg plain Ramen noodles (No flavor packs)
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c butter or margarine
5 green onions, chopped

1 c brown sugar
1/4 c venegar
1 c oil
2 tbsp soy sauce

Brown almonds, noodles, seeds, and butter on low heat. Add lettuce and onions. Combine dressing ingredients. Cool. Mix together and let marinate 20 minutes before serving.
