1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs (or however much it takes to make them hold together well)
1/4 cup half & half or heavy cream
1 egg
1 small onion
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic (2 toes)
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill for high heat.

In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onions, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, garlic, worchestershire sauce and mustard. Form into 4 patties.

In a small bowl, blend the barbeque sauce and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.

Lightly oil the grill, and cook the patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. When almost done top the burger with the sauce and then the cheese slice and allow the cheese to melt.

Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings!
