2 c graham cracker crumbs (reserve a few for top)

1/3 c sugar
1/3 c butter, melted


Filling:
2 c milk
1 c brown sugar
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt


Topping:
3 egg whites
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and press into pie plate, Bake 10 minutes at 375. Cool. Cook filling ingredients until thickened. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, with sugar. Put over filling. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs mixed with cinnamon over top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
