2 c graham cracker crumbs (reserve a few for top)

1/3 c sugar
1/3 c butter, melted

2 c milk
1 c brown sugar
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

3 egg whites
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into pie plate, Bake 10 minutes at 375บ. Cool. Cook filling ingredients until thickened. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, with sugar. Put over filling. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs mixed with cinnamon over top. Bake at 350บ for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
