1st Layer: 1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c margarine, melted
Nuts (optional)



2nd Layer: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip



3rd Layer: 2 pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 c milk


4th layer: 1 c cool whip

Milk chocolate slivers

Directions:
Mix 1st layer ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add cool whip. Spread over 1st layer. Mix pudding and milk until thickened. Spread over 2nd layer. Top with remaining cool whip and spread over pudding. Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate slivers. Refrigerate over night.
