1 cup sugar
3/4 c Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c grated carrots
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, oil, and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon (sifted together) Add grated carrots and nuts. Bake in bread tin 1 hour at 375.
