Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 lb chicken gizzards, chopped
1 large onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb livers, chopped
1 cup green onions, diced
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup parsley (or 1 heaping TBS dry)
1/4 cup celery (or 2 heaping TBS dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; add onions, garlic and gizzards. Salt and pepper. Simmer covered for 1 hours adding water as needed. Add green onions, parsley, celery and liver. Simmer 30 minutes more. Cook rice in seperate pot. Add rice to mixture when done.
