3/4 lbs Ground Chuck
2 tbsp onion
1 pkg 10 refrigerated biscuits
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Brown ground chuck and onions. Drain. Stir in Barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Place one biscuit in each of 10 ungreased muffin cups; Press dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon hot meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
