1 c white sugar
2 tbsp liquid shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c orange juice
2 large bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, shortening, egg, vanilla, and mix well. Add orange juice and mashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture, and mix well. Bake at 325║for 1 hour in loaf pan.
