2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
1 tsp. red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients until a candy thermometer reaches 300. Then add the cinnamon oil and red food coloring. Mix well and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. Let harden and crack into pieces.

Be careful not to hold your head directly over the pan after adding oil, it is a very strong odor.
