3 c diced potatoes (peeled)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chicken bouillion
1 1/2 c water
1 8oz carton sour cream
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c diced celery
2 c milk or half and half
1 tbsp four

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, celery, onions, bouillion, salt, and water. Cover and cook until vegetables are done (about 20 min.). Add 1 c milk, beat well. In medium bowl blend sour cream and flour. Gradually stir in remaining milk or cream. Add to potato mixture and heat. You may sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over soup after you put in bowls.
