6 Hamburger Patties
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
2 Medium Onions, Sliced
1 Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces
2 Tablespoons Flour
Beef broth
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Brown hamburger patties in oil. Remove and set aside.

Saute sliced onions in oil until tender. Add flour, mushrooms and beef broth. Heat until boiling to make gravy. Return patties to gravy, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add more broth if gravy gets too thick.
