1 LB. MILD SAUSAGE (BROWN & CRUMBLE)
6 EGGS
2 C. MILK
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
6 SLICES BREAD, TORN INTO PIECES
1 C. GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Directions:
BEAT EGGS WITH MILK, SALT AND MUSTARD. ADD BREAD, CHEESE AND SAUSAGE. PUT IN A 9 X 13 PAN AND LET SET OVERNITE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES AND LET SET 15 MINUTES.
