1 c margarine
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c rolled oats
1 c crushed cornflakes
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped nuts
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, mixing well. Add oil and vanilla: mix well. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut and nuts, stir well. Add flour, baking soda and salt: mix well. Form into balls the size of small walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with fork dipped in water (must be flattened for proper texture). Bake in a 325 oven for about 12 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing.
