4 chicken breasts, de-boned and skinned
one large onion, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
8 Tblspns. butter
3 Tblspns. Flour
1 cup of Marsala Cooking Wine
2 cups of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken in strips, brown in butter in saute pan. Set aside in Pyrex cooking dish.

In remaining butter, cook onions and mushrooms until moisture is released from the vegetables and then cooked off.

In saute pan, add flour to the remaining butter to make a roux. Slowly add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir constantly until mixture has thickened. Add 1 cup of Marsala cooking wine.

Pour thickened broth, mushrooms, and onions over the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
