4 or more medium potatoes
Onion to taste
Salt and pepper
1/2 c celery
1 can peas and carrots, drained
1 1/ 2 lb hamburger, raw
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Slice half of potatoes into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice celery and onions over potatoes. Pour drained peas and carrots over this. Spread hamburger over vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Slice remaining potatoes over hamburger. Mix soups together, and pour over all. Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
