Ingredients:  
1 t salt
1 T vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1/4 C rice wine vinegar
1 t sesame oil
2 t sesame seeds
2 cucumbers, peeled, cut lengthwise, seeded, and sliced into thin half-moons

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 20 minutes.Serves 4
