1/2 lb. margarine
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 T. baking powder
1 - lb. box graham crackers, crushed
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, broken
2 T. vanilla

1 lg. cn pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch

Cake: Pour milk over crackers to soften. Cream sugar & margarine. Add eggs and crackers; beat well. Add coconut vanilla, baking powder and nuts. Makes 3 (9 inch) round layers. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 oven. Frosting: Cook slowly until thick.
