1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 sticks butter (room temp)
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
3 c. sifted cake flour
dash of salt
1 1/2 t. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1/2 c. nuts in greased and floured bundt pan (use crisco). Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and salt; stir to combine, then beat until light. Stir in vanilla and remaining one cup nuts. Pour batter in bundt pan and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
