6 LG. POTATOES, COOKED, PEELED & CUT UP
8 HARD BOILED EGGS
1/4 C. CHOPPED ONIONS
1/2 C. SLICED RADISHES
1/2 C. CELERY, CUT UP
(OPTIONAL 1 CUP CUCUMBER, CUT UP)
1/2 C. SALAD DRESSING (NOT MAYONAISE)
1/3 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. SALT
1/8 TSP. PEPPER
2 TSP. PREPARED MUSTARD

FOR DRESSING MIX TOGETHER SALAD DRESSING, SUGAR, SALT, PEPPER AND PREPARED MUSTARD. LET STAND AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE TOSSING WITH POTATO MIXTURE. TOSS TOGETHER POTATOES, EGGS, ONIONS, RADISHES AND CELERY. THEN MIX BOTH TOGETHER.
