1-2 LBS. CHUCK ROAST, CUT IN LARGE CUBES-LEAVE RAW
CARROTS
POTATOES
CELERY
ONION, LEAVE IN LARGE PIECES
PUT ALL THE ABOVE IN LARGE CASSEROLE DISH.
MIX TOGETHER:
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 C. WATER
(CAN BE DOUBLED IF NECESSARY)
POUR OVER MEAT AND VEGETABLES. COVER.
