2 lbs. frozen hash browns (cubed)
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13x9 pan. Add salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, soup, cheese, and potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
