3 BOXES FROZEN CAULIFLOWER
1 MED. ONION

Directions:
Directions:
BOIL ONION AND CAULIFLOWER TOGETHER FOR 3 MINUTES AND DRAIN WELL. PLACE IN BOTTOM OF BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH. SPREAD ON THIS: 1 SM. TUB SOUR CREAM, 1/4 LB. GRATED VELVEETA CHEESE AND 1/4 LB. OLEO. SPRINKLE ON TOP: 2 C. CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKER CRUMBS. BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES. THIS DISH CAN BE PREPARED AND STORED IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO BAKE IT.
