1/2 C. BUTTER
3 PKGS. (12 OZ.) JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE
3 BOXES CROUTONS
(2 HERB AND 1 PLAIN)
1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
4 EGGS, BEATEN

Directions:
SAUTE CELERY AND DRAIN BUTTER. BROWN SAUSAGE AND DRAIN. IN A LARGE CONTAINER, COMBINE CELERY, ONION AND SAUSAGE. ADD CROUTONS. MIX IN BEATEN EGGS AND BROTH. TOSS LIGHTLY. MAKES A LARGE RECIPE. STUFF BIRD, PUT REMAINDER IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE AT 325 FOR 30-35 MINUTES.
