3 C. HOT MASHED POTATOES
1 C. SOUR CREAM
1 1/2 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/8 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 1/3 C. CHEDDAR FRENCH FRIED ONION

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT MASHED POTATOES, SOUR CREAM, 1 C. CHEESE AND GARLIC IN SAUCEPAN. STIR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. SPOON INTO 2 QT. BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 C. CHEESE AND FRIED ONIONS. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 375 OR UNTIL HOT AND GOLDEN.
