1- Beef Roast(eye of the round, round, chuck)
2- Large Onions
1- Bell pepper
1- tbsp. of minced garlic
2- tbsp. of Worchester Sauce
2- Franco American Beef Gravy

Po-Boy Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Season Roast with Tony's and place in slow cooker. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, Worchestershire Sauce and beef gravy.
(Do all of this before you go to bed....I'm not allowed to keep this in the camp while it's cooking, because it keeps TT up! I have to cook it on the porch!!!)

Let cook on low overnight. When you wake up in the morning(if you wake up in the morning), you can either cut or shred the roast beef. Season everything to taste. Place slow cooker on warm until lunch and serve on Po-Boy bread.
