2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
4 eggs
2 t. baking powder
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. salad oil (Crisco oil works well)
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix granulated sugar, oil, vanilla and chocolate, melted and cooled. Blend in eggs one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Drop dough by teaspoon in powdered sugar. Roll in sugar and shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
