1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs
1 lemon grated, add juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pour scalded milk over rice and let cool. Mix sugar, egg yolks, lemon and juice. Whip egg whites and fold into rice. Add all ingredients together, put in dish and bake in shallow pan of water at 350 until it sets up. Do not over bake. About 30 to 35 minutes. Add raisins if desired.
