4 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked dried peaches, sweetened to taste
4 T. sugar
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with pastry; put in thin layer of cooked peaches. Beat together until light, egg yolks, sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the peaches. Put in moderate oven and bake until crust browns, the lower heat until done. Beat the 4 egg whites with 5 T. sugar and pinch of baking powder until it holds a peak. Pour over custard and return to slow oven to brown.
