1 small can mushrooms
1 can water cheshnuts (optional)
1 soup can water.
1/2 stick butter
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Melt butter in saucepan combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
