1 1/2 lbs mild fish (orange roughy or tilapia preferred)
1 tbsp butter melted
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp dried dill
15 reduced fat buttery flavored crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F spray a 9X13 dish with cooking spray. arrange filets in dish. whisk together butter, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and dill and pour or brush over fish sprinkle crackers over fish Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
