1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef cooked, crumbled and drained.
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
8 oz fat-free sour cream
1 small jar of sliced mushrooms drained
1 small onion sauteed and chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1 bag tator tots

Pre heat oven to 425 degrees Mix the 1st five ingredients place in corningware dish (2 quart oval or similar) top with tator tots place in the oven for 35 minutes until the potatoes are crisp on top 20 minutes into cooking sprinkle the shredded cheese over top of the tator tots
